The postage stamps have been created by the artist Aušrelė Ratkevičienė. The tête-bêchepostage stamps are printed on the same small sheet, four sets in each. Each postage stamp has been issued in edition of 100 000 copies with nominal value of LTL 2.90.

The postage stamp dedicated to the year of Maironis will be issued in edition of 100 000 copies with nominal value of LTL 3.35. The tête-bêchepostage stamps are printed in sheets of 10 stamps. The stamp depicts the portrait of Maironis in the background of the collection of poems Pavasario balsai or The Voices of Spring. The new postage stamp was created by the artist Valdonė Bručienė.

Each postage stamp from the continuous set Famous People has been issued in edition of 100 000 copies. The nominal value of the postage stamp depicting Mikalojus Radvila Rudasis is LTL 1.55. The one depicting Domicelė Tarabildienė has the nominal value of LTL 2, and LTL 2.90 is given to the postage stamp featuring Stasys Šimkus.
