The stamp is printed in a perforated box placed at the top in the middle of the sheetlet. Outside of the box continues the reproduction of the fresco with the words “ORATORIO DI SAN SILVESTRO, ROMA – BASILICA DEI SANTI QUATTRO CORONATI” Oratory of San Silvestro, Rome – Basilica of the Santi Quattri Coronati. Along the top and bottom edges are two strips bearing the words “1700° ANNIVERSARIO DELL’EDITTO DI MILANO” 1700th anniversary of the Edict of Milan and “EMISSIONE CONGIUNTA ITALIA – CITTÀ DEL VATICANO” Joint issue Italy – Vatican City.
