The year 2012 marks the 90th anniversary of the Communist Youth League (CYL) of China. Since it was founded in May 1922, under the leadership of the Communist Party of China (CPC), the organization has struggled for national independence and prosperity, as well as the liberation and well-being of people across the country.

The XXII edition of the National Youth Philatelic Exhibition (Juvenia 2011) took place this year in the Pósito building in Santa Fe (Granada) from the 12 to 17 April.

Juvenia is held every two years and has become the most important event in youth stamp collecting. The program, as in previous editions, includes besides the exhibition, workshops, seminars and other activities to promote and encourage stamp collecting.
