The 2013 Europa theme is Postal vehicles. We have chosen to feature a Toyota Auris Hybrid delivery car. Being a silent-running model with no combustion when standing, this eco-friendly car offers several advantages for the environment.

This design represents an iconographic journey through the history of the Italian postal system from 1862 to the present, illustrated through a series of vintage and modern images on the left is the logo of Poste Italiane S.p.A. The dates “1862 – -2012”, the word “ITALIA”, and the denomination “€ 0,60” complete the stamp.
