Richard Wagner was born in Leipzig on 22 May in 1813. the ninth child of the police officer, who died of typhus six months after the birth of Richard. The famous German composer, conductor, essayist, reformer of opera, and great music theorist.

Giuseppe Verdi was born on 10^th of October in 1813 in a village near Parma. He is the greatest composer of ripe Italian bel canto (Bel Canto). Already in its eleventh year he became organist at the local church.
His musical activity began as a pianist, composer and conductor of the local Philharmonic Society of Busseto.
