In 1993, PostEurop took over the management of the Europa issues and has been organised the annual competition of the “Best Europa stamp” since 2002.

The theme of the 2013 contest is “the postman van”. La Poste Monaco has confirmed its commitment to sustainable development by equipping its car fleet with electric vehicles a model of which is represented on the stamp.
